What Can I Cook with Stainless Steel Frying Pans?

Stainless Steel skillets are beloved by home and professional chefs alike for high-heat cooking, frying, sautéing, searing, and oven-finishing. Due to the even heat distribution and unparalleled heat conduction our 5-ply Stainless Cladding provides, you don’t have to worry about hot spots or uneven temperatures. The surface is not naturally nonstick, so we don’t recommend these pans for delicate dishes like flaky fish or eggs.

What is Your Stainless Steel Frying Pan Made Of?

Our workhorse Stainless Clad Frying Pan starts with an aluminum alloy and aluminum core that’s surrounded by 5 layers of four different metals, which are 304-grade 18/10 Stainless Steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, and high-grade ferritic 403. The Stainless Steel exterior then provides a smooth and attractive surface.

Where Can I Use Stainless Steel Frying Pans?

All of our Stainless Steel Cookware is compatible on all stovetops, including induction cooktops, and is oven safe up to 800F.
